We knew we wanted to rewrite our family’s story. JP was working more than 60 hours a week, and I was balancing full-time work with part-time college classes — all while dreaming of something bigger for our future.

When JP came to the United States from El Salvador, the only work he knew was caulking and waterproofing. But with eight years of experience under his belt, he had mastered his craft. In 2014, we turned that expertise — and our determination — into something greater: the start of our own company.

What began as a way to provide for our family has grown into a mission to serve our community with excellence, integrity, and pride.
